Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can place an order without a registered account. However, we highly recommend creating one to make your next experience even easier!

How do I create an account?

You can create or edit an account by clicking the small user icon at the top right corner of any page.

Do I need to link my bank account?

Nope! You can checkout using PayPal, or a credit card. You can store your information securely with us, or re-enter it each time you come back.

How long is fulfillment time?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

If I choose faster shipping, do you fulfill my order faster?

Yes, that’s true! All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority

Are all items unisex?

All items are a unisex fit unless noted otherwise on the product page.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent.

Simply wash your shirt before wearing, and you’re good to go!

Do shirts run big or small?

Our unisex shirts run on the larger side, and will shrink slightly in the dryer. Be sure to read each product description and sizing chart before ordering.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. All sales are final with the exception of quality concerns. Please see our full Return Policy.

Do you give back to the LGBTQIA+ community?

We sure do! We try to spread the love, and choose different charities/organizations to support. If you have a suggestion of an organization that needs support, please let us know!

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We’re happy to customize our current selection OR create something from an idea you have. Simply fill out our Custom Design Request form.
