Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 4 weeks for:

Quality Claims: This includes misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items. Must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Missing Packages: This includes packages lost in transit. Must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

At this time, all other sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

Unclaimed Packages

If the address on your order is incorrect or the package is refused and your order is returned to our facility, you have 4 weeks after the original delivery date to report a claim for your missing item.

After 4 weeks, unclaimed orders will be donated to charity.
